Sign-ups for the annual Summer Reading Program at the Franklin County Library are underway. This year’s Summer Reading Program will be each Tuesday from June 16 through July 21. The programs are directed at children ages 4 to 12 or 13 to 17. For more information, see the June 4 edition of the Optic-Herald.
