The south hall of the Cultural Arts Center will now be known as the Jack Cook Exhibit Hall. Members of the Franklin County Arts Alliance renamed the area at their annual membership meeting Thursday, Jan. 14. The name was given to the area to honor Mr. Cook and his wife, Betsy. The couple has provided engineering, general planning, cash and personal labor for all phases of the Cultural Arts Center completed. For more information, see the Jan. 21 edition of the Optic-Herald.
