Judge Gerald “Jerry” Hubbell was named the 2009 Man of the Year by the Franklin County Chamber of Commerce at their banquet on Saturday, April 10. He has worked for the restoration of the Franklin County Courthouse, and his efforts recently paid off with a grant of $2.1 million to restore the exterior.
