Franklin County’s Jean Pamplin took first place honors in the adult division of the County Line Magazine Poetry Contest. Mrs. Pamplin, now a resident of the Hagansport Community, took top honors for her poem “They Got Soul.” For more information, see the April 29 edition of the Optic-Herald.
