The seemingly impromptu entertainment on the downtown plaza last Saturday is expected to continue. Gabe Clayton played the hammered dulcimer at the Farmers Market May 1 on the square in downtown Mount Vernon.
“Gabe had so much fun, he is coming back and bringing his friends,” said Bob McFarland. The loosely formed group of hammered dulcimer players will be on the plaza around 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday, May 8.
