The Franklin County Arts Alliance will present “Tablescapes,” a creative and decorative table setting display and competition this weekend. The event will be from 4 to 7 p.m.  Friday, Nov. 12, and  10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 14, at the Cultural Arts Center. For more details, see the Nov. 11 edition of the Mount Vernon Optic-Herald.
