The Whatley Center for the Performing Arts at Northeast Texas Community College will be hosts for a concert by The St. Petersburg String Quartet with pianist Anton Nel on Saturday, Nov. 20 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $30 for adults and $10 for students.
