Mount Vernon Optic-Herald

A National Day of Prayer luncheon has been scheduled for Thursday, May 7 at the Family Life Center at the First United Methodist Church of Mount Vernon. The luncheon will be from 12 to 1 p.m, with the serving line beginning at 11:30. Tickets for the luncheon are $7 each and are available from FUMC or from one of the table captains that have volunteered to help sponsor the event.
