The local celebration of Cinco de Mayo will be Sunday, May 3, according to Camilo Ramirez, chairman of the Hispanic Culture Committee at the Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church in Mount Vernon.  The activities for the May 3 celebration will begin at 12:15 p.m. and continue until 4:15 p.m. The festivities feature traditional ethnic foods. games for all ages, and live music and dancing.
