Tickets are now available from contestants for the 41st annual Miss Mount Vernon Scholarship Pageant. The deadline for purchasing tickets from the contestants is Sunday, Aug. 16. A Ticket Sales Award trophy will be presented to the top sales girl in each of the divisions. See the August 13 edition of the Optic-Herald for a listing of contestants.
