Rough, tough and drop-dead gorgeous, are the phrases often used to describe the All American Cowgirl Chicks® that will be featured for the Go Rodeo Festival Sept. 5 and 6. The 12-member team will perform a concert at noon Saturday on the Mount Vernon Plaza. The performance will follow the 11 a.m. rodeo parade.
