The North Franklin Volunteer Fire Department and Hagansport Community Center will have a fish fry on Saturday, Oct. 31 at the Hagansport Community Center.  Fish and all the trimmings will be served for a donation beginning at 5 p.m. All proceeds from the event will benefit the fire department and the community center funds
