Many homes and businesses have begun stringing lights and setting up Christmas decorations. The Franklin County Chamber of Commerce is seeking nominations for any location in the county which has a beautiful display for their annual lighting contest.  Anyone may nominate an entry in either the business, in-town home, or out-of-town home divisions of the contest by calling the chamber at 903-537-4365.
