In its fourth year, the annual educational conference of the Red River Valley Down Syndrome Society has continued its expanded focus of Special Needs Topics, rather than just Down Syndrome. The conference will be at Aikin Elementary School in Paris   Saturday, Feb. 27, and features educational, medical and family-based topics.
