Lillie Bush-Reves was named the 2009 Woman of the Year during the annual Chamber of Commerce Banquet on Saturday, April 10 in the Family Life Center at the First United Methodist Church. Mrs. Reves has dedicated herself to making Franklin County the best place to live. She has served with the Boy Scouts of America, Franklin County Historical Association, the Main Street Committee, Mount Vernon Music, and in a variety of capacities at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church.
