Mount Vernon Optic-Herald

The Franklin County Food Bank distributed 25 boxes of nutritious food on their first day of participation in the “Summer Family Nutrition Program”  on Thursday, June 24. This program is geared toward the needs of children who are at home during the summer. It is in addition to the regular monthly food pickups offered to low income families.
