Members The Friends of the Franklin County Library will be  hosts for a balloon workshop, Thursday, July 15 in the First National Bank Century Room. Children who have registered to attend the event are reminded that the event will begin at 11 a.m. At 2 p.m., Thursday, July 15. Deryl Miller will present a magic show in the Century Room. The event is open to the public and reservations are not required.
