Franklin County Librarian Lisa Lawrence lent a helping hand to Abigail Barnard during the balloon workshop Thursday, July 22 in the First National Bank Century Room. Approximately 25 children attended the workshop presented by  Darryl Miller. The event was sponsored by the Franklin County Friends of the Library as part of the Summer Enrichment Program.
