Entries for the Rodeo parade are being sought. It will kick off events on Saturday, Sept. 4 beginning at 11 a.m. in downtown Mount Vernon. The Mighty Tiger Marching Band has confirmed they will lead the parade. Several horse riding groups have also consented to participate.
