Lake Cypress Springs Baptist Church will have brisket fund-raiser on Saturday, Sept. 4 at the church at 6611 FM 115 in Scroggins, just north of Vinyard’s Grocery. Brisket will be available whole or half or by the pound. Brisket sandwiches and sandwich baskets with a drink and chips will also be sold. Sausage will be sold by the pound or by the sandwich. All proceeds from the event will benefit the church building fund.
