Registration for the drawing to give away a prize filled Christmas wreath will be available at a variety of locations starting Monday, Nov. 1. The wreath is loaded with more than $734 worth of cash, gift cards and merchandise. The fund raising effort is sponsored by the Friends of the Franklin County Library.
