Sheers Gift Shop and Salon took top honors as the business with the “Best Overall Theme” and was awarded the traveling plaque in the Merchant’s Halloween Dress-Up Contest on Halloween Friday, Oct. 29. The judging was part of the annual celebration at Halloween sponsored by the Franklin County Chamber of Commerce.
