Campaign signs can be on county property

Campaign signs can be on county propertyCampaign signs were placed at the Franklin County Law Enforcement Center during the final week of early voting. Franklin County Commissioners did not like it, but they took the advice of County Attorney Will Ramsay and did not approve a policy forbidding campaign signs on county property in a special called meeting on Thursday, Oct. 28.Mr. Ramsay will amend the policy and present it to the court at a later date.
