The Franklin County Girl Scout Daisy/Brownie Troop 3899 has formed and will meet each Tuesday at 6 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church in Mount Vernon. Teresa Whitcomb will serve as the troop leader. She will be assisted by Tamara Breeden, Laura Counts, Barbara Hunt, and Martha Oxford.
