Mount Vernon Optic-Herald

The Shakespeare Club of Mount Vernon met in the home of Linda Philhower, Thursday, January 20, 2011. Due to the foreboding weather forecast of icy precipitation, the business and program portion of the meeting was cancelled. Hostesses served banana crème and chocolate peanut butter pie and spiced cider. Guests welcomed were Shirley McAfee and Jean Friedell.  Members attending were Linda Philhower, Linda Bolton, Nicki Armstrong, Sarah Hamrick, Nancy Miller and Virginia Smith.
