A fine and lost material “Forgiveness Campaign” is underway at the Franklin County Library.
The program allows patrons to return materials, no questions asked and no fines to be paid. The program continues throughout the month of February. See the Feb. 2 edition of the Mount Vernon Optic-Herald for more details on this program.
