Members of the local Boy Scout pack watch as their cars race during the Pinewood Derby. Dalton Steward, Ben Minter and his brother, Erik Minter, took the top three awards for speed in the annual Pinewood Derby for Mount Vernon Cub Pack 271. The event was conducted Satursday, Feb. 19.
