The eighth annual Spring Bake-Off and Auction, sponsored by the Key Club, will be Saturday, April 16 in conjunction with the annual  Cypress SpringFest.
Items must be delivered to the NETO Meal Center between 8:30 and 9 a.m. Judging will begin at 10 a.m.
Participants must produce two (duplicates) of each item entered. One of the items will be cut for judging and sampling. The duplicate entry will be auctioned or sold for profit. Samples of the entries will be available starting at 9:30 a.m. Sweet lovers are encouraged to stop by and purchase a sampler plate of items. Come for a slice or bid on an entire confection.
