A fund-raising event to help Franklin County Sheriff’s Office Chief Jailer Mike Sowle is set for Saturday, May 21. The event will be in the Brookshire’s parking lot and barbecue sandwiches, hot dogs, chips, and drinks will be sold for donations. Organizers are also soliciting cash donations for Chief Jailer Sowle and prizes for a drawing to be conducted Thursday, June 30.
