Lake Cypress Springs Baptist Church will have their annual Memorial Day Brisket fund-raiser on Saturday, May 28. The sale will begin at 8 a.m. and continue until all is sold out. Available for purchase will be brisket whole, half, or by the pound. Sandwiches and sandwich baskets along with smoked sausage and chicken will also be available.
