Sidney Horton of Dallas was one of the many individuals that helped to make the annual Memorial Day Weekend fund-raiser for the Handicapable Rodeo a success. The organization raised $5,500 at the event. Another fund-raiser will be conducted July 1-2. The rodeo is set for Sept. 23 at the Duke Arena.
