The date for the annual Handicapable Rodeo in Franklin County has been set for Friday, September 23. Local families with special needs children or adults who are not active with either a therapy or work group are urged to register their family member to participate.
Deadline to register is Friday, Sept. 10. Registration sheets were sent to all past participating organizations in mid-August. Families with individuals must request a form from the local organizers. For more information, see the September 1 edition of the Mount Vernon Optic-Herald.
