The Franklin County Library will sponsor a Basic Computer Class on Monday and Tuesday, Sept. 26-27 at 6 p.m. The class will cover the basic steps to operating a computer. Those in attendance will be given a chance to set up a free e-mail account and learn how to send and receive e-mails. See the September 22 edition of the Mount Vernon Optic-Herald for details.
