The Franklin County Chamber of Commerce will conduct their Merchant’s Halloween Dress-up and Window Decoration contests as well as the 2011 Trick-or-Treat Around the Square on Monday, Oct. 31. There is no cost to enter a business for either contest or as a treat stop. Registration through the Chamber is required to assure a visit from judges for the two contests and a listing in the newspaper as a treat stop sponsor for the Trick-or-Treat Around the Square.
