The deadline to register as a stop for the 21st annual Trick-or-Treat Around the Square or to have your business judged for the window or merchant dress-up contest this year at Halloween is Monday, Oct. 24.
To register for any of the three events, individuals should contact the Chamber of Commerce office at 903-537-4365. The Franklin County Chamber of Commerce will conduct their Merchant’s Halloween Dress-up and Window Decoration contests as well as the 2011 Trick-or-Treat Around the Square on Monday night, Oct. 31.
