Rotary District 5830 Governor Shirley Griffin presented a check for $1,450 to Mount Vernon Rotarians Pat Wright and Nathan Reves for the Rotary Backpack Program. At right is Steve Brown, district foundation chair. The grant will be matched by the Rotary Club and used to buy food for children to take home on weekends.
