Mission Manor Nursing Home took top honors as the business with the “Best Overall Theme” and was awarded the traveling plaque in the Merchant’s Halloween Dress-Up Contest on Halloween Monday, Oct. 31. The judging was part of the annual Halloween celebration sponsored by the Franklin County Chamber of Commerce.
