More than 20 decorated windows, many of them animated, and other holiday decorations will be unveiled in Mount Vernon at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 25. The Franklin County Historical Association will be conducting a Tour of Trees in the freight room at the Old Depot Museum, and the Franklin County Arts Alliance will have a Christmas lighting ceremony that same evening.
