The home of Judd and Courtney Marshall home was named the In-Town Division winner of the Christmas Decorating Contest sponsored by the Franklin County Chamber of Commerce. The Marshall home is located at 601 Highland Oaks in Mount Vernon. It is decorated with multi-colored lights outlining the yard and roof.
