Blackland Railroad Track Forman Kenneth Bowser and his crew worked Wednesday, Jan. 11 to complete general maintenance
on a stretch of railroad track in Mount Vernon. The crew replaced approximately 40 old and damaged railroad ties around the area of the railroad overpass.
