Mount Vernon Optic-Herald

A 5K and a 10K run were added this week to the annual Tour de Cypress bike ride. Now athletes can ride any of the four routes in the morning and run in the afternoon.  This will be the eighth year for the bike ride. The April 21 event features four bike rides of 10, 30, 45 and 62.5 miles. For more information, see the Jan. 19 edition of the Optic-Herald.
