Judge Lanny Ramsay was announced as the 2011 inductee into the Franklin County Hall of Fame
during the annual Chamber of Commerce Banquet on Saturday, Jan. 28. “Lanny has been a tireless champion of Mount Vernon and Franklin County all his life,” Pat Lindley wrote in a nomination letter. For more information, see the February 2 edition of the Mount Vernon Optic-Herald.
