One tenth of a mile per hour separated the top two winners in the Speed Division of the 2012 Pinewood Derby for Mount Vernon Cub Scout Pack 271. The Pack’s competition was conducted Saturday morning, Feb. 4 in Jennings Hall at the Methodist Family Life Center.
