The Paris District of the Texas Department of Transportation announced recent changes to its local engineering office. The Greenville Area Office and the Sulphur Springs Area Office are being combined into one management unit.  The combined unit, referred to as the Greenville Area Office, will be under the supervision of Area Engineer Craig Miser P.E.
