The Franklin County Arts Alliance recently installed 24 engraved pavers in their courtyard at the corner Dallas and Rusk St. Some of the individuals who have purchased or who were honored with pavers attended a short ceremony on Monday, Oct. 27. Attending were, front row, Teresia Wims, Sherri Harvey, Pat Wright, Jackie Stemple, J. D. Baumgardner, Lisa Lawrence, second row, Frankie Cooper, Ruth Averitt, Judd Scott, Rick Flanagan, Terry Flanagan, Bob Stinson, and Deryl Carr.
