Law personnel changes announced
Three personnel changes were announced last week at the Franklin County Law Enforcement Center and Courthouse Annex. Sgt. Tyler Banister, Chief Jailer Vickie Sullivan, and Jailer Betty Sue Allen each tendered their resignations for a variety of reasons. See the June 18 edition of the Optic-Herald for the full story.
