Franklin County recently honored its employees in a local celebration of County Government Week.
Seven employees were recognized with certificates for their years of service to the county. Employees and their spouses were treated to a barbecue meal with all the trimmings. The lunch was served outside the Franklin County Law Enforcement Center and Courthouse Annex. See the June 18 edition of the Optic-Herald for more information.
