Fire destroyed a boat house and two water craft, and a local apartment was damaged by smoke in the past 10 days.
An apartment occupied by Jerry Smith in the Pear Tree Terrace apartment complex was filled with smoke and cabinets were damaged Wednesday, July 15. A boat house fire was reported on Eagle Pointe Dr. by an observant neighbor on July 9. The cause of the fire is undetermined. The structure, which belongs to Mark Massad was destroyed.
