The Leaves of Winnsboro apartment complex conducted a ribbon cutting ceremony on Monday, Aug. 31. It was a double ceremony for both the Franklin County Chamber of Commerce and the Winnsboro Chamber. Cutting the ribbon is Janice Schma. She is joined by property manager Kara May, co-owner Peter Schma, and members of both chambers. The apartment complex features 32 units, of which eight have three bedrooms. The leasing office is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
