The Cypress Springs Special Utility District will conduct an open house from noon to 4 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 10. The event marks the completion of the district’s new $500,000 headquarters building. The 4,400 square foot brick structure is located on FM 115 about 1000 yards south of the south service road to I-30. See the Sept. 10 issue of the Optic-Herald for more information.
